Document and analysis disclaimer
Last updated: 23 September 2026
1. Not legal advice
SigningVault is document software, not a law firm. Drafts, templates, clause suggestions and explanations are general information and are not legal advice or a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
2. Drafting and jurisdiction
Generated wording may be incomplete, unsuitable or inaccurate for your circumstances or chosen jurisdiction. You are responsible for reviewing every document, checking party details and obtaining professional advice before sending or signing.
3. Contract analysis
Risk scores, summaries and flagged clauses are automated aids. They may miss material terms, dependencies or legal risks. Do not rely on analysis alone when deciding whether to sign, negotiate or reject an agreement.
4. PDF editing
Editing a PDF can affect its meaning, formatting, accessibility or validity. You must have permission to edit uploaded material and must review the final exported file before use.
5. Electronic signatures
SigningVault records consent, timestamps and available technical evidence. It does not independently verify every signer's identity, authority or capacity unless a specific verification service is expressly shown.
6. Your responsibility
You remain responsible for the content you create, upload, edit, analyse, send or sign, for selecting the correct jurisdiction, and for complying with employment, consumer, data protection and sector-specific obligations.
